The ability to purchase new properties that will generate income.
You will have access to 11 new properties that operate just like the ones bought in-game, gradually generating money after their purchase, with a maximum collection of $5000 per day. The purchase price for each will vary: a small property in LS will cost $15,000, $20,000 in SF, and $30,000 in LV. The stadium in SF will cost $120,000, while the casino in LV will be priced at $150,000, as they are larger.
