This is the very chilled translation (meme wasted translation) of GTA San Andreas. The very localizer that spawned hundreds of memes and became the cause of many laughs while playing a serious gangster action game.
Installation is standard. Copy with file replacement.
But it's better to first make copies of all the files being replaced for the possibility of rollback.
By default, the language is set instead of Spanish.

Это тот самый охлаждённый перевод (мемный потраченный перевод) GTA San Andreas. Тот самый русификатор, породивший сотни мемов и ставший причиной кучи лулзов во время игры в серьёзный гангстерский боевик.
Установка стандартная. Копируем с заменой файлов.
Но лучше сначала сделать копии всех заменяемых файлов для возможности отката.
По стандарту язык ставится вместо испанского.
