I made this crack of materials for myself and decided to share it. Of course, it's not entirely accurate,
and it will not be useful to those who have been familiar with GTA modding for many years. But for beginners like me, this crack will be useful.
Therefore, if you notice inaccuracies or spelling errors, be sure to write to me and I will correct everything.
Now it contains only Russified SA materials.
But I will improve and update it, of course not without your help.
P.SThis archive contains only .ini file. You will have to download the program itselfseparately.
Installation:
Replace the materials.ini file in the installed CollEditor2 folder
When distributing a modification on third-party sites -indicate the author.

Этот русификатор материалов я делал для себя и решил им поделиться. Конечно, он не совсем точен,
да он и не пригодится тем, кто знаком с моддингом GTA уже много лет. Но новичкам, как я, данный русификатор будет полезен.
Поэтому, если заметите неточности или орфографические ошибки, то обязательно напишите мне и я всё исправлю.
Сейчас он содержит только русифицированные материалы SA.
Но я буду улучшать и обновлять его, естественно не без вашей помощи.
P.S Этот архив содержит только .ini файл. Скачивать саму программу придётся отдельно.
Установка:
Заменить файл materials.ini в папке установленного CollEditor2
При распространении модификации на сторонних сайтах - указать автора.
