This is a beautiful graffiti of an armed lady. Located near Unity station.
Installation:
Replace the file "graffiti_lan01.txd" in the archive "gta3.img", using any img editor.
Well, or use Modloader.
Also, if for some reason you have a modification that replaces this texture, then in the "Manual installation" folder there is a file "cleargraf01_LA.png"
It needs to be replaced with an identical texture in "graffiti_lan01.txd" via a txd editor.
When distributing the modification on third-party sites, indicate the author.

Так-же, если по какой-то причине у вас есть модификация заменяющая данную текстуру, то в папке \"Ручная установка\" есть файл \"cleargraf01_LA.png\"
Его нужно заменить идентичной текстурой в \"graffiti_lan01.txd\" через txd редактор.
При распространении модификации на сторонних сайтах - указать автора.
