The mod adds ringing in the ears if something exploded near the player (car, etc.). I slightly edited the file to work in SA:MP, so now you can enjoy this feature not only in single player, but also in multiplayer.

Мод добавляет звон в ушах, если рядом с игроком что-либо взорвалось (машина и т.д). Я самую малость подредактировал файл, чтобы работало в SA:MP, так что теперь можно наслаждаться данной фичей не только в одиночной игре, но и в мультиплеере.
