The very first and most sensational part of the Insanity project is a high-quality retexture of Grove Street with the addition of some new objects and the replacement of the original ones.

Features:
- 2 versions: Aero (HQ) and more productive Lite (LQ-MQ), which is suitable for weak PCs
- Detailed models and textures
- Tuned collision
- Customized prelight
- 2DFX effects
- TOBJ (Timed Objects)
- Environmental sounds
- A homeless man and his cat are sitting behind one of the houses. If you kill a cat, the homeless will attack you
- You can enter the house to the left of Sweet's house. Transition to interior without Enex marker
- Replaced some local peds and vegetation
- Author's timecycle.dat (in Weather folder)
- As a bonus, there is a simple ENB (made on old versions of ENB from the 2015s) and popcycle.dat

What has changed in the new version:
- Fixed Cleo scripts. Added cat sound volume setting
- Fixed wire texture
Thanks to this, the mod now practically does not take away FPS
- I took this opportunity to add ! here as well! this fix
