High-quality retexture of the interior of CJ's house with the addition of some small objects.
Features:
- Doesn't take away FPS, ideal for weak PCs
- Textures with mip-maps
- Set up collision for new objects (not for all)
Made a small fix for the original:
- Fixed DXT5 compression that was applied to many textures without alpha channel, which increased the size of texture files, their processing time, and caused some visual bugs

CJ House Remastered (Исправленная версия)
Качественный ретекстур интерьера дома СиДжея с добавлением некоторых мелких объектов.
Особенности:
- Не отнимает FPS, идеально подходит для слабых пк
- Текстуры с мип-мапами
- Настроена коллизия для новых объектов (не для всех)
Сделал небольшой фикс для оригинала:
- Исправлено DXT5 сжатие, которое применялось к многим текстурам без альфа-канала, что увеличивало вес текстурных файлов, время их обработки, и являлось причиной некоторых визуальных багов
