Sounds are replaced by default but you can change them if you want.
If you wish, you can change the names of the sound or simply copy the sound to several banks.
Installation:
1 Download Alci's SAAT. Create a folder on the disk to (example temp) where the sounds from the game will be extracted.
2 Before installing the sound mod, make a backup copy of the GENRL file (located in the audio folder).
3 Using SAAT, unpack the sounds of the game into the temp folder. Then, replace these sound files with the files from this archive.
If you downloaded the console version of the SAAT program, then to import new sounds into GTA SA, use the following command:
saat_sfx -i audioSFXGENRL c:tempsaatGENRLsfx_import.ini audioCONFIGBankLkup.dat.

Звуки,заменяются по стандарту но вы можете изменить их если вы захотите.
При желании можете изменить названия звука или просто скопировать звук в несколько банков. Некоторые звуки так же входят в Mafia II sound mod, сделанный kihoods.
Установка:
1 Скачайте Alci's SAAT. Создайте папку на диске к (примеру temp) туда будут извлекаться звуки из игры.
2 Перед установкой мода звуков сделайте резервную копию (backup) файла GENRL (находится в папки audio).
3 С помощью SAAT распакуйте звуки игры в папку temp.Затем,замените эти файлы звуков на файлы из этого архива.
Если вы скачали консольную версию программы SAAT то для импорта новых звуков в GTA SA используйте следующую команду:
