Changes in the new version:
- Fixed a bug where the screen would shake when using a melee weapon, throwing a grenade, using a spray can, etc.
- Fixed bug when .ini file didn't load
- Added "DamageMultiplier" option to the .ini file, which uses the weapon damage parameters from weapons.dat to adjust the amount of camera shake
