Gangster Sit Fix – There are now gangsters sitting on the steps in the ghetto

This fix corrects one small but very noticeable detail - now, on the steps near the entrances to houses in the ghetto, bandits will sit, and not ordinary peds.

The sitting bandits will be the gang to whom this area belongs.

Installation: Unpack the plugin into the game folder.
