This plugin allows you to run GTA San Andreas, GTA Vice City and GTA 3 in windowed mode and with a working mouse cursor.
Update from 07/10/2022:
- Fixed the “Alt” key that opens the windowed mode menu (disrupting the gameplay).
- Added an .ini file with the internal parameters of the mod (for some reason it is not included in the official download). By default, I disabled the menu (as it is only useful for developers).
The plugin will be very convenient when writing mods or scripts.
Activation:
—Alt+Enter – switch between borderless windowed and full-screen modes;
—Ctrl+Enter – enable or disable the window border;
—Ctr+Alt – enable the mouse cursor.
It is worth noting that in GTA San Andreas, unlike the other two mentioned games, the cursor is invisible. But it is still working.
Installation: extract the plugin to the Scripts or Modloader folder depending on the game.
Данный плагин позволяет запускать GTA San Andreas, GTA Vice City и GTA 3 в оконном режиме и с работающим курсором мыши.
Обновление от 10.07.2022:
- Исправлена клавиша “Alt”, открывающая меню оконного режима (нарушающая игровой процесс).
- Добавлен файл .ini с внутренними параметрами мода (по какой-то причине он не входит в официальную загрузку). По умолчанию я отключил меню (так как оно полезно только для разработчиков).
Плагин будет очень удобен при написании модов или скриптов.

—Ctr+Alt – включить курсор мыши.
Стоит отметить, что в GTA San Andreas, в отличие от двух других упомянутых игр, курсор невидимый. Но он по-прежнему рабочий.
Установка: извлечь плагин в папку Scripts или Modloader в зависимости от игры.
