Speedometer for GTA San Andreas

A simple digital speedometer that changes its colour to red when the vehicle speeds up. It could be of interest for scripters, rather than other users, since the code teaches you to:
• make certain values depend on other values
• use text_draw mode instead of status texts which require global variables that are not welcomed in CLEO
• find (using the file mentioned in the video) and display standard texts instead of creating a custom one.
