Barriers are backlit as in GTA VC v1.01

With this simple (but long-running) modification, all barriers that block the path to another part of the state in the early days of the game will get a highlight (you can see the work of the modification in the screenshot). The highlighting algorithm is taken from GTA VC.
I think this way these barriers will become more alive, otherwise they are like some kind of statues without it.
In version 1.01, a check was added to see if a player exists in the game world. This is done to prevent crashes. Version 1.0 is no longer supported.
С этой простой (но долго делавшейся) модификацией все барьеры, что закрывают путь в другую часть штата в первые времена игры, обзаведутся подсветкой (работу модификации можно увидеть на скриншоте). Алгоритм подсветки взят из GTA VC.
Думаю, так эти барьеры станут более живыми, а то они без этого как какие-то статуи.
В версии 1.01 добавлена проверка, существует ли в игровом мире игрок. Это сделано, чтобы не допустить вылета. Версия 1.0 больше не поддерживается.
