Barriers with Lighting as in GTA VC v1.01

With this simple (but long-in-development) modification, all barriers that block the way to another part of the state in the early game will be equipped with lighting (the effect of the modification can be seen in the screenshot). The lighting algorithm is taken from GTA VC.
I think this will make these barriers feel more alive, as they seem like statues without it.
Version 1.01 adds a check to see if the player exists in the game world. This is done to prevent crashes. Version 1.0 is no longer supported.
С этой простой (но долго делавшейся) модификацией все барьеры, что закрывают путь в другую часть штата в первые времена игры, обзаведутся подсветкой (работу модификации можно увидеть на скриншоте). Алгоритм подсветки взят из GTA VC.
Думаю, так эти барьеры станут более живыми, а то они без этого как какие-то статуи.
В версии 1.01 добавлена проверка, существует ли в игровом мире игрок. Это сделано, чтобы не допустить вылета. Версия 1.0 больше не поддерживается.
