Small Puddles on the Ground like in GTA VC v1.01

This modification was created to enhance the effect of wet asphalt (along with the Road Reflections Fix). During rain (after some time has passed), small circles and splashes will appear on the ground, just like in previous games in the series. They are hardly visible in screenshots, better to see them live.
Version 1.01 includes a check to see if the player exists in the game world. This is done to prevent crashes. Version 1.0 is no longer supported.
Данная модификация была сделана для достижения большего эффекта мокрого асфальта (вместе с Road Reflections Fix). С ней во время дождя (спустя время после начала) на земле будут появляться небольшие круги и брызги, прямо как в предыдущих играх серии. На скринах их почти не видно, лучше увидеть вживую.
В версии 1.01 добавлена проверка, существует ли в игровом мире игрок. Это сделано, чтобы не допустить вылета. Версия 1.0 больше не поддерживается.
