Road Accidents Like in GTA VC (Fixed)
Let's forget that the GTA world has more accidents than all the countries in the world combined. The developers overlooked this. Therefore, in Vice City, you can sometimes see the aftermath of an accident: a car with an open driver's door and a knocked-down pedestrian, with other pedestrians gathering around (one of them is clearly the driver). This modification brings this event to SA.

Поэтому в Вайс-Сити иногда можно видеть последствия аварии: автомобиль с открытой водительской дверью и сбитый пед, возле которого уже собираются другие педы (один из них явно водитель). Данная модификация переносит это событие в SA.
Красных маркеров не будет. Ведь снимки сделаны при тестировании.
