Эти события происходят через год спустя действия San Andreas. В 1993 году Гроув-Стрит стала самой сильной бандой во всем Лос-Сантосе. Баллас и Вагос были почти полностью разбиты и контролировали лишь малую часть своих территорий в Лос-Сантосе. На пике своего могущества Гроув не имеет проблем, однако несколько человек из Баллас решили оспорить влияние Гроув. По замыслу все решится одной ночью, либо Гроув падет, либо Лос-Сантос ждёт новая бессмысленная и кровавая война на долгие месяцы. Решается все, ставки слишком высоки, мало кто верит в успех кроме них, пойдет ли все по плану всего за одну ночь?
