Another nice little detail from Vice City, where you can observe effects like black birds flying in circles (they may not actually be birds, my apologies in advance).
To add some life to San Andreas, this effect has been transferred here.
They are more visible in open areas.

Ещё одна приятная мелочь из Вайс-Сити, где можно наблюдать такие эффекты, как летающие по кругу чёрные птицы (может это и не птицы, заранее извиняюсь).
Ради придания Сан-Андреас живности этот эффект перенесён сюда.
Их лучше видно на открытой местности.
