Plot:
John Tanner - a man who has seen almost everything in his life and has faced huge amounts of trouble. Now our main character is drawn into Liberty City. Hoping to escape the search of FBI agents hunting him for the murder of FBI agent York Francis Morgan and the evil genius Doctor Kuan, who will fulfill any order from the head of the FBI - Mr. Grisham. But as soon as he steps into the most criminal part of America, John Tanner is taken under the control of the city's mayor, Emanuel Korn.
She makes an offer that cannot be refused - freedom in exchange for doing her dirty work, as it is such an opportunity - to use the most dangerous man in San Andreas for her purposes.

Заказные убийства; перевозка запрещёных веществ; Дружеские связи с ФБР, которые обернулись альтернативной стороной отношений в тяжкий момент жизни; Работа с сумасшедшими людьми; Даже был в ужасном монополизированном будущем, где всем управляла корпорация в штате Сан-Андреас!
Теперь нашего главного героя затянуло в Либерти-Сити. В надежде скрыться от поиска правительственных агентов ФБР, которые разыскивают его за убийство агента ФБР Йорка Френсиса Моргана и злобного гения Доктора Куаня, который выполнит любой приказ от главы ФБР - Мистера Гришема. Но стоит ступить ногой на самую криминальную часть Америки и Джона Таннера берёт под свой контроль, мэр города Емануель Корн.
