From a certain point in the state, all means of communication passes through local law enforcement, erasing the boundaries of confidentiality and anonymity. Howe and Tami are the only way to get the message across without being controlled. They deliver any type of information from text to parcels, but somehow, acting separately, each of them suffered a massive assault and stood on the threshold of life and death. Realizing the magnitude of the problems of the new regime, Howe proposes to go against the state and close totalitarianism with his own hands.
