GTA VC had the same radars, only they had the ability to rotate. In GTA SA, they are also there, but now for some reason they are not active. This mod corrects this injustice.
The mod itself is simple, but very cumbersome in terms of installation, so read "Installation.txt", which is in the archive.
Changes after reupload:
- Radar movements are now smoother
- Played with textures to prevent possible unknown issues

В GTA VC были такие же радары, только они имели способность вращаться. В GTA SA они тоже есть, но теперь почему-то не активны. Этот мод исправляет эту несправедливость.
Мод сам по себе простой, но очень громоздкий в плане установки, поэтому читайте \"Установка.txt\", что в архиве.
Изменения после перезалива:
- Движения радаров теперь более плавные
- Поиграл с текстурами для предотвращения возможных неизвестных проблем
