Many have likely encountered the issue where you click on gta_sa.exe (or the shortcut), and the game does not open. There is no error message, and in the task manager, you can see that the process remains open. However, the game will not launch, even if you wait a long time.
This happens due to the rundll32.exe process that opens with the game. Some people have also experienced issues opening the game without an internet connection, which is completely nonsensical. And all of this is caused by the wonderful rundll32.exe!
This plugin will completely eliminate this problem. Now, when launching the game, the rundll32.exe process will close, thus, there will be no more issues related to rundll32.exe.
The plugin also works in GTA 3, GTA Vice City, GTA 4, and possibly in other games as well. To use it in GTA 3, GTA Vice City, and other games, Ultimate ASI Loaderis required.
