Update for Skyline Timecyc from 2019 (Experimental Release):
In this version, the color palette has been changed (recommended to use with the PS2 filter in SkyGfx), some issues from the previous version have been fixed, and settings for Project 2dfx, SkyGfx, and PedSpec have been added.
The 2019 version can be downloaded via the corresponding link and from the Google Drive mirror.
The old version from 2017 can be downloaded from the first link without a tag and from the Yandex Disk mirror

Обновление для Skyline Timecyc от 2019 года (Experimental Release):
В этой версии изменена цветовая палитра (рекомендуется использовать с фильтром PS2 в SkyGfx), исправлены некоторые недочёты прошлой версии и добавлены настройки для Project 2dfx, SkyGfx и PedSpec.
Версию 2019 года можно скачать по соответствующей ссылке и с зеркала Google Drive.
А старую версию 2017 года можно скачать по первой ссылке без метки и с зеркала на Яндекс Диск
