This mod, also known as Mouse Y Sensitivity Fix, is the latest mouse sensitivity fix. Currently, this is the only fix that truly resolves the issue.
For those unaware, in GTA San Andreas, the horizontal mouse sensitivity is disproportionate to the vertical, leading to aiming problems that can negatively impact gameplay.
Similar fixes have existed before. The first version was by ThirteenAG and was included by Brazilians in Mix Sets, followed by an alternative version created by Silent and included in his Silent Patch. However, in both cases, the issue was not fully resolved.
I believe this script should be a must-have for everyone, especially useful for players in SA:MP.
