This modification brings the atmosphere of the 80s to the game, and more precisely, the action takes place in 1987. At the same time, there is no simple tearing of files and textures from GTA Vice City. The point of the mod is to make a game in the style of Rockstar, while not looking like GTA VC and VCS. That is, create your own atmosphere of the 80s.
I started working on this mod back in 2012. Since then, I have abandoned the project many times, changed a lot of things or simply removed them from the mod. Mostly the changes affected the design and appearance.
Mod features:
- Replaced main menu and all fonts.
- From ENB only reflections are added.
- Added weapon and menu sounds like in GTA Stories
- New Timecyc.
- Added palm trees from GTA VCS.
- Replaced 4 radio stations, 2 old and 2 new. Power FM - dance music and pop, NEW WAVE 98.3 - New Wave genre. On the radio, I wanted to make a selection no worse than in GTA Vice City. Now they play hits of the time from artists who were popular in the US, such as Wang Chung, Duran Duran, INSX, Cyndi Lauper, Eddie Money, Kim Wilde, etc.
Also, all modern sports cars have been replaced with analogues from the 80s.
- New weapons (MAC10, MP5k, DeserEagle with laser sight, M16).
- Replaced billboards throughout Los Santos.
Данная модификация привносит в игру атмосферу 80-х, а если точнее, действие происходит в 1987 году. При этом тут нет простого передирания файлов и текстур из GTA Vice City. Смысл мода в том, чтобы сделать игру в стиле Rockstar, при этом не похожей на GTA VC и VCS. То есть создать свою атмосферу 80-х.
Работа над данным модом была начата мной ещё в 2012 году. С тех пор я много раз забрасывал проект, много чего менял или попросту удалял из мода. В основном изменения коснулись дизайна и внешнего вида.
Особенности мода:
- Заменены главное меню и все шрифты.
- От ENB добавлены только отражения.
- Добавлены звуки оружия и меню, как в GTA Stories
- Новый Timecyc.
- Добавлены пальмы из GTA VCS.
- Заменены 4 радиостанци, 2 старых и 2 новых. Power FM - танцевальная музыка и попса, NEW WAVE 98.3 - жанр Новая Волна. На радио я хотел сделать подборку не хуже, чем в GTA Vice City. Теперь здесь играют хиты того времени от исполнителей, которые были популярны в США, таких как Wang Chung, Duran Duran, INSX, Cyndi Lauper, Eddie Money, Kim Wilde и т.д.
- Несколько новых единиц транспорта. Так же все современные спорткары заменены на аналоги из 80-х.
- Новое оружие (MAC10, MP5k, DeserEagle с лазерным прицелом, M16).
- Заменены рекламные щиты по всему Лос Сантосу.
