Project Overhaul is a global mod for replacing effects in the game. Textures are mainly taken from Just Cause 3 and GTA V. Also supports most modifications that add new effects, for example: SnowFx, Anamorphic Lens Flares, IMFX.
Optional scripts/plugins and textures:
- Newly created vehicle.txd
- Turbocharger delay effect (backfire)
- New textures for the car skidding effect
- Two different options for raindrops on a car with support for ImVehFt
- The effect of a burning car from GTA IV
- New textures for ImVehFt
- HD grass
- Flying butterflies
- 3D sound effects of fog, sandstorm, hurricane, snow, rain
The archive contains a ReadMe with a detailed description of the process of installing the mod itself and additions to it, and also contains answers to frequently asked questions.
