Emergency Vehicles on Call (Updated)

Now you can encounter ambulances/fire trucks/police cars responding to calls. Some drive calmly, while others speed like crazy - for example, the ambulance in the screenshot, I could barely keep up. You can identify the vehicles responding to calls by their activated sirens. The script was created to bring life to the game world. Similar events can also be found in Watch_Dogs and GTA V.
Each city spawns its own vehicles and pedestrians inside them.
Version v 2.0
- Vehicle spawn is properly configured, and they now appear on the roads.
- The ambulance siren sound is taken from GTA VC.

Теперь можно будет встретить скорую/пожарку/полицию, едущую на вызов. Некоторые едут спокойно, некоторые несутся, как ненормальные - например, за скорой помощью, что на скриншоте, я еле угнался. Опознать авто, едущие на вызов, можно по включённой сирене. Скрипт сделан в попытке оживить игровой мир. В Watch_Dogs и GTA V тоже можно встретить такое событие.
В каждом городе спавнятся свои авто и педы внутри них.

- Нормально настроен спавн авто, они теперь появляются на дорогах.
- У скорой помощи звук сирены взят из GTA VC.
