Mod details here.
What's fixed:
- New trailer selection algorithm that is much faster and can attach a trailer to a tractor that spawned a second ago
- The same algorithm is now used by tow trucks - cars appear quickly and randomly
- Added a command that will attach a trailer to the tractor if the trailer has flown away (not tested)

- Новый алгоритм выбора прицепов, который работает значительно быстрее и может прицепить трейлер к тягачу, который появился секунду назад
- Такой же алгоритм теперь есть у эвакуаторов - тачки появляются быстро и рандомно
- Добавлена команда, которая прицепит прицеп к тягачу, если прицеп отлетел (не проверена)
