Here is a complete, working version.
What has been fixed:
- This is now a mission. You cannot start other tasks until you finish this one.
- You can now choose not to start the mission: if the car appears but you don't want to complete the mission, just drive away from that spot. Everything will disappear.
- Other minor fixes

Что исправлено:
- Теперь это миссия. Вы не можете начать другие задания, пока не закончите это.
- Теперь вы можете не начинать миссию: если тачка появилась, но проходить миссию вы не хотите, просто отъедьте от этого места подальше. Все исчезнет.
- Другие мелкие исправления
