Fixed Vice City PS2 Weapon

This file replaces the default weapons with weapons from Vice City PS2 version, I also fixed the bugs that I could see.
In the PC version of San Andreas, Backface Culling seems to be disabled, but it is disabled through the rectum, which is why I had to make 2 copies of the model from 2 sides. Without Silent Patch, weapons will "flicker" when approached, as when the weapon is in the hands of Backface culling is disabled, and if the weapon is a "Pickup" object, it is enabled.
I also replaced the icons from the mobile version of San Andreas in the original palette and the sniper scope.

Данный файл заменяет стандартное оружие на оружие из Vice City PS2 версии, также я исправил недочёты, которые смог увидеть.
В PC версии San Andreas Backface Culling вроде бы отключен, но отключен через прямую кишку, из-за чего пришлось сделать 2 копии модели с 2 сторон. Без Silent Patch'а оружие при приближении будет "мерцать" так как когда оружие в руках Backface culling отключен, а если оружие как "Pickup" объект, он включен.
Ещё заменил иконки из мобильной версии San Andreas в оригинальной палитре и снайперский прицел.
