Fixed Vice City PS2 Weapon

This file replaces the standard weapons with those from the Vice City PS2 version, and I have also fixed some issues I noticed.
In the PC version of San Andreas, Backface Culling seems to be disabled, but it is disabled in a roundabout way, which is why I had to create 2 copies of the model with 2 sides. Without Silent Patch, the weapon will "flicker" when approached because when the weapon is in hand, Backface Culling is disabled, but if the weapon is a "Pickup" object, it is enabled.
I also replaced the icons from the mobile version of San Andreas in the original palette and the sniper scope.
What has been fixed:
M4
- "Holes" in the model have been closed

Spas 12

MP5 Long
- "Holes" in the model have been closed
- Normals fixed
- Correct display configured with Silent Patch
PSG-1 (Sniper)
- "Holes" in the model have been closed
- Correct display configured with Silent Patch

Данный файл заменяет стандартное оружие на оружие из Vice City PS2 версии, также я исправил недочёты, которые смог увидеть.
В PC версии San Andreas Backface Culling вроде бы отключен, но отключен через прямую кишку, из-за чего пришлось сделать 2 копии модели с 2 сторон. Без Silent Patch'а оружие при приближении будет "мерцать" так как когда оружие в руках Backface culling отключен, а если оружие как "Pickup" объект, он включен.
Ещё заменил иконки из мобильной версии San Andreas в оригинальной палитре и снайперский прицел.
