San Andreas: BETA Edition is a modification to GTA: San Andreas to bring back most or if not all of the game's cut features in development (at least what is known or possibly known).

There are no plans to do anything that has little to no evidence of its existence during the alpha-beta stages of the game's development.
This means no Alcatraz, no small/blue parachute, etc.
