Installation:
Replace the merit.dff and merit.txd files in GTA San Andreas\/models\/gta3.img with those from the downloaded archive. For example, using IMG Manager 2.0. Then modify the lines in vehicles.ide, handling.cfg, carcols.dat, and carmods.dat as indicated in the Readme file.
