[SA:DE] No Marker Light (remove marker lights)

Update from 23.11.2021:

- Now the mod supports GTA 3 and GTA Vice City;

- Now there is an option to dim the light instead of just removing it.

- Теперь мод поддерживает GTA 3 и GTA Vice City;

- Теперь есть возможность приглушить свет, а не просто убрать его.

Мод, который убирает красные огни с маркера, делая его в классическом варианте. Теперь шкаф Карла, будет выглядеть хорошо, а не как место сатанистов.
