The Imperial Royal Guard has its origins in the Blue Guards of the Republic Senate. It is an elite organization of bodyguards founded by Palpatine. Members of the Guard are selected from members of the Empire's military according to strict criteria, including physical attributes, intelligence, and loyalty. Only the best soldiers get the chance to become part of this group.

They are clad in deep red robes and sleek but austere masks. Beneath the masks is sleek armor, with designs inspired by the Senate Guardians of the Old Republic, the Mandalorian Death Guard, and the Ceres Day Guards.

The model weighs over 170 KB and replaces the character truth.dff (Truth).
