The history of the People's Police of Vietnam can be traced back to the periods of the Anti-French War and the Anti-American War. At that time, the police force was gradually established and developed mainly to meet the security needs during the war. After the war, with the advancement of Vietnam's national construction, the police force continued to grow and expand, and gradually formed a relatively complete system.
The model is more than 500 kb in total. The replacement model is lvpd1.dff (Las Vegas police). You need to prepare the ES File Explorer, TXD TOOL, and IMG TOOL.
Installation:
- Open the ES File Explorer, click on Internal Storage, then click on Android, and then click on obb. When you see the folder with the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas icon, click to enter it. Rename the file inside by adding a ".obb" at the end. Then click on the compressed package, and extract the gta3.img in the texdb folder and the folder named gta3 (one is an img file, and the other is a folder). Then unzip the dff.zip and txd.zip files in this mod compressed package (there are dff and txd files inside).
- Click on IMG TOOL, open the gta3.img file in the texdb folder, search for lvpd1, and then delete it. Then find the unzipped People's Police of Vietnam (lvpd1.dff) and put it in.
- Then open TXD TOOL, click on the second txd icon at the lower right corner in the gta3.txt file, select (Open), click on Overwrite and Create Association, and finally do a quick overwrite, and it will be done.
