Pros:

Adapted for mobile devices.
Due to the poor quality of textures, the mobile device does not load.

Installation:

Unzip from zip archive.
From the gta3.img folder, add it as a replacement to gta3.img using the GTA Img tool application.
From the txd.txt folder using the Import Wizard, install to txd.txt using the TXD Tool application.
