This timecyc will make your GTA SA cooler.

This timecyc is more suitable if you use the winter texture.

Fixes:

Fixed Dark Color;
Add Fix Crash & Lock 60FPS;
Fixed Water Color;
Support SAMP;
Just add color to the sky if it rains;
Slight improvement in colorcycle.

Disadvantages:
