This mod is a port of the SkyGFX mod, which was originally created for the PC version of the game.
Mod features (options are available in .ini after opening the game):
- PS2 color filter.
- Reflections of PS2 cars.
- Transparency with alpha correction (double pass).
- Ped specs are disabled (people's bodies no longer glow).
- Reactivated procedural objects (procobj.dat).
- Greenish textures have been fixed.
- Fog on water and on the screen has been re-enabled, including when moving around the map.
- High clouds with volume.
- The graininess on the screen has been removed.
- Grammes (in progress).
- Exponential haze (in progress).
To install, you need the APK from RusJJ with ModLoader 1.3.0. You can download it here
Installation:
- Unpack the archive
- Move the configs and mods folders to the following path: Android/Data/com.rockstargames.gtasa.
- Start the game and enjoy the new graphics!
Update from 08/30/25:
- The plugin has been updated. Now the graphics are much more similar to the PS2 version.
