Water from the PS2 version of Vice City

Hi all! I'm posting a small mod that will make your water look like the PS2 version of Vice City.

- Average texture quality.
- Easy installation.
- A piece of Vice City.

Installation:
Using the TXD Tool program, replace the texture waterclear256.png in the txd folder.
