Statue of Unity for Android version of GTA San Andreas.
A little about the Statue of Unity itself:
This is the tallest statue in the world. Its height without a pedestal is 182 meters (or 597 feet). Almost 2.5 times higher than the Statue of Liberty.
It was erected in honor of Vallabhai Patel, Deputy Prime Minister of India and one of the leaders of the Indian independence movement, on Sadhu Island on the Narmada River in the state of Gujarat.

Now you can see this statue in your game. It is located on a separate island south of Santa Maria beach.
