Fix GTA SA Mobile materials

Fix material textures for mobile GTA SA.

This mod fixes the grainy and pixelated textures of grass, sand, gravel, etc (all over the state), bringing them closer to the textures of the PC version of the game.

The installation is complicated, so read carefully so that later it doesn’t happen that you don’t understand something and you will write - the unsubscribe dislike does not work.

First, turn off RLE compression and mipmap generation in the TXD Tool settings (the archive contains screenshots of the parameters that need to be set in the settings and when importing textures).

Now go to mobile.txt via TXD Tool and add textures via uncompressed32bpp with overwriting, and in the pop-up window, uncheck the "enable camnorm" option.

The installation is almost done) Now it remains only to assign each texture its own "isdetail" number. To do this, select "properties" for each imported texture, find the line "isdetail" below and write your personal necessary number into it:

Also in the archive there is a finished version. To install it, just move the mobile folder to com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb
