Так уж вышло, что Биг Смоук не погиб и он ждет мести. Найти его можно в Сан-Фиерро (Пир 69), в окружении охраны (проституток), убить охрану не так сложно, а вот со Смоуком будет тяжелее, но к счастью патроны у него могут закончится и он перейдет в рукопашный бой, где убить его не составит труда.
