With this simple modification, all barriers that block the path to another part of the state in the early days of the game will get a highlight (the work of the modification can be seen in the photo). The highlighting algorithm is taken from GTA VC.
I think this way these barriers will become more alive, otherwise they are like some kind of statues without it.

У барьеров включена подсветка как в GTA VC
С этой простой модификацией все барьеры, что закрывают путь в другую часть штата в первые времена игры, обзаведутся подсветкой (работу модификации можно увидеть на фото). Алгоритм подсветки взят из GTA VC.
Думаю, так эти барьеры станут более живыми, а то они без этого как какие-то статуи.
