Installation:
DFF to gta3.img via IMGtool.
Textures to gta3.txt via TXDtool/TXDfucker.
P.s.
You can put the car instead of the police car, and not banshee, renaming banshee.dff as the police car dff file you decided to replace is called. Do not touch the textures! Just install the textures and that's it! The game itself will determine which model they are attached to, regardless of how the model is renamed.

P.s.
Машину можно поставить вместо полицейской машины, а не banshee, переименовав banshee.dff так, как называется dff файл полицейского автомобиля, который вы решили заменить. Текстуры трогать не надо! Просто установите текстуры и все! Игра сама определит к какой модели они привязаны, вне зависимости от того, как переименована модель.
