Description: this mod adds gang bases, like in sump. While beta version, added:
1) There are now cars on Grove Street that belong to the Grove Street gang.

1) На Гроув-Стрит теперь стоят машины, которые принадлежат банде Grove Street.
- можно войти в их базу
2) Около стадиона будет база Вагосов.
- На базе Вагос можно взять их одежду.
- на базе присутствуют Вагос.

3) В самом гетто база Балассов.
- стоят пока что их машины.

4) Добавлена база Рифы.
- стоят их машины.
