This mod includes a set of 6 scripts main.scm for testing or fun in the game:
base
With this script, you can spawn vehicles, start any mission, and change clothes.
animation viewer + base
With this script, you can view animations used in cutscenes and by pedestrians. The script includes a base.
building viewer + base
With this script, you can view structures, their types, and interiors. The script includes a base.
character viewer + base
With this script, you can see characters used in missions and cutscenes. The script includes a base.
little italy teleport + base
This script teleports you above an abandoned subway tunnel branch at the start of the game. The script includes a base.
staunton ferry port teleport + base
This script teleports you to the ferry station in Staunton at the start of the game. The script includes a base.
Installation
To install on PSP , use the UMDGenprogram.
To install on PS2 , extract the image data, replace the file, and before repacking, set the image creation settings to
Media — 2.8(2.63)GB and more
File system CD — UDF
File name format ISO 9660 — Windows/Unix(31) without neglecting ISO 9660, DOS encoding, allow lowercase letters.
If you plan to use it on a console, you need to create dummy data.
To install on iOS , you need a jailbroken Apple device with Jailbreakinstalled. Use a file manager to find and replace the file in the already installed game.
To install on Android OS , unpack the obb file using this program. Replace the file and pack the game cache back into the obb file.
!!!IMPORTANT!!!
1) The base script spawns vehicles rcbandit, rcgoblin and rcraider, in PSP attempting to enter it will crash the game. The base does not include vehicles that cause the game to crash when spawned. And for unknown reasons, rhino, polmav, and vcnmavare not included in the spawn.
2) If there is no option to start a new game before starting, you need to delete all its saves (after making backups). The game will crash when loading a regular game save.
3) The file that needs to be replaced is located in the datafolder.
4) A gamepad or its emulation is required to use the scripts.
5) Control descriptions for the scripts are in the archive.

Установка
Для установки на PSP используйте программу UMDGen.
Для установки на PS2 извлеките данные образа, замените файл и перед запаковкой, в настройках создания образа установите настройки
Носитель — 2.8(2.63)GB и больше
Файловая система CD — UDF
Формат имени файла ISO 9660 — Windows/Unix(31) без пренебрегать ISO 9660, DOS кодировка, разрешать строчные буквы.
Если собрались использовать на приставке, то надо создавать dummy данные.
Для установки на iOS нужно взломанное устройство Apple с установленным Jailbreak. С помощью файлового менеджера найти и заменить файл в уже установленной игре.
Для установки на OS Android распаковать obb файл с помощью этой программы. Заменить файл и собрать кеш игры обратно в obb файл.
!!!ВАЖНО!!!
1) Скрипт base спавнит транспорт rcbandit, rcgoblin и rcraider, в PSP при попытке сесть в него игра аварийно завершится. В base не добавлен транспорт, при спавне которого игра вылетает. И по неизвестным причинам в спавн не добавлены rhino, polmav и vcnmav.
2) Если перед началом игры нет возможности начать новую игру, надо удалить все её сохранения (перед этим сделав их резервные копии). Игра вылетит при загрузке сохранения обычной игры.
3) Файл, который нужно заменить лежит в папке data.
4) Для использования скриптов нужен геймпад или его эмуляция.
