This hack mod will allow you to spawn any vehicle and change your character's outfit.
All details can be seen in the video attached below.
How to install:
Place the file in android/obb/com.rockstargames.gtalcs
Then connect a USB or wireless gamepad to your device. This mod only works with Android smartphones.
When you are in the game, just click "Start New Game".
To spawn cars, press L1 + left or right.
To change clothes, simply press R1 + triangle + left or right.
