You become a carrier of a dangerous contagious disease. So dangerous that anyone within 250 feet (about 76 meters) of you will die, even in cars.
Installation:
Copy the files from the archive to the scripts folder, if you do not have such a folder, you need to create it.
Usage:
Activating the mod with the O key - deactivating I.
