A mod for the plot part of GTA 5, allowing you to buy houses and apartments, like in GTA Online!

There are 47 apartments available for purchase, of varying comfort and price!

There are garages with different numbers of spaces for cars!

Each car in the garage will be considered your personal asset, which will allow you to see it on the map and restore it if destroyed!

You can also buy any car and have it delivered to the garage of any home!

The additional menu opens with the F6 key!

Installation:

Place all files from the archive into the game folder!
Then go to the SinglePlayerApartment folder and launch SPA_Tool, select True in the first two lines, scroll down and click save!
You can play!

Changes in version 1.8:

Fixed 2868 Hillcrest Avenue Vehicle not being displayed in the menu;

Mors Mutual Insurance now returns your vehicle;
Added editor for SPA Tool;
Added bikes;
Other fixes and improvements.

Мод для сюжетной части GTA 5, позволяющий покупать дома и квартиры, как в GTA Online!

Представлено для покупки 47 квартир, различной комфортабельности с различной ценой!

Имеются гаражи с разным количеством мест для машин!

Каждая машина в гараже будет считаться твоим персональным средством, что позволит видеть её на карте и восстанавливать при уничтожении!

Также вы можете купить любую машину с доставкой в гараж любого дома!

Дополнительное меню открывается клавишей F6!

Установка:

Закиньте все файлы из архива в папку с игрой!
Затем зайдите в папку SinglePlayerApartment и запустите SPA_Tool, в первых двух строках выберете True, пролистайте вниз и нажмите save!
Можно играть!

Изменения в версии 1.8:

Исправлено неотображение 2868 Hillcrest Avenue Vehicle в меню;

Mors Mutual Insurance теперь возвращает ваш транспорт;
Добавлен редактор для SPA Tool;
Добавлены байки;
Другие исправления и улучшения.
